Poor Grades... Still Want to Attend a University

<p>I had dealt with some personal issues my junior years and my grades totally went down the drain with that. Prior to junior year I had a 3.06, now I know Junior year is the most important year but did terribly those 2 semesters. </p>

<p>Took my SAT’s twice, taking again in October
1st: 580 reading 540 math 440 writing
2nd: 570 reading 550 math 470 writing
I’m a African American female if that makes a difference</p>

<p>Any suggestions on where to apply?
Any chances for: U of Alabama, Louisiana State, U of Maryland, Temple, UMBC, Arizona, Michigan State, Penn State… the <em>DREAM SCHOOL</em> Michigan!</p>
