<p>I’m a semi-finalist for the Posse Scholarship right now. For my finalist application, it says I need to “get letters of recommendations.” What does this mean exactly? Do I just ask them to write one and give it to me? I thought this may be what they wanted, but the email they sent said “please obtain, in electronic and hard copy forms.” Any help, guys?</p>
<p>I am not sure for posse but in general, you ask a teacher for a recommendation and then give them a resume of activities, volunteer projects, extra circulars and such for the teacher to refer to. It seems that the program wants the teach to email the electronically the rec plus also mail a written version on paper (that is the hard copy). Anyone else with experience with Posse?</p>
