Possibility of me getting into Wesleyan as a transfer student?

Second Choice: Sociology

ACT: 31
Units: 46 credit hours completed
Extracurricular: interned for the CT Dems, involved in modelUN conference, part time piano teacher
Letters of Rec: 1 is from my organizing director who was wesleyan alum, 1 from pols professor, 1 from soc professor

I’m kinda worried about my gpa and my major as I don’t know how difficult it can be for a polisci major to get in? can anyone give me any insight into how my stats look?
