<p>Definitely. Supposedly concentrating on something and reading it 60 times will ingrain it into your short term memory. So read fast.</p>

<p>Depends on the length of the speech, in words. 'Cause some people talk faster than others. Minutes aren’t an adequate measure. But it’s possible.</p>

<p>don’t memorize it word for word. just memorize the general ideas and key phrases and wing it. if you try to memorize it word for word your speech will sound awful.</p>
