Possibility that late != reject

Of course not, and if it did exist it wouldn’t train you well at all… Of course I’m not being sarcastic.

what’s funny is cmu releasing decisions at 12am…i just don’t get why the college does that…

acceptance to CIT is 34 percent?
WOOT!! I thought it was a lot more selective

i would like to major in false hope if possible

will someone please tell me what exactly is the conspiracy theory regarding admissions as CMU?

the title says late = reject

but late what?

appreciate it.

like late as in the later wave of decisioons…

if you havent gotten your decisions yet, you are either wailisted or rejected.

or so they say.

keep up the hope.

Actually != means not equal to…
pretty basic computer science ><

still…keep up the hope…

I’m double-majoring in obnoxiousness and annoyance.
Can we be sure they will release at 12 midnight?
CommunistHunter, did they say that explicitly when you called?
Oh well, I’m geared for rejection regardless of the release time.

i’m not sure, its rumored

i believe it’s 12:01am

Ugh, as in midnight. Why midnight?

something about an automatic system that will update it at midnight since it’s been 4 days (march 26th) since they mailled out our letter

lololololololol

yeah, i’m pretty sure its automated, as the last two nights, people seemed to get results minutes after midnight.

I live in NJ and I havent gotten any decisions via mail or my login account on the site. If you look at previous years, CMU claims that they dont have any rhyme or reason for why they release the decisions in batches other than for the sake of keeping things managed because they have so many applicants… Who knows, I highly doubt that there is any correlation with order and when your decisions come out. I just barely made the application date, it would make sense if they get back to me later too… Im not sure I will get in anyway, I had some shoddy grades (590cr, 750 math, 610 writing).

…

Well, looks we were right, and the people who thought it was just a conspiracy were wrong.

Man… this is one instance where I would have loved to be wrong.
