possible bad information during transfer process...what are my chances?

Hello Everyone, I am new to college confidential. This is literally my first post. Here is my situation:

I am about to graduate from Pierce College in Los Angeles. I am a 26 year old real estate agent, married with children. I will have an A.S. in Business Administration as of June and i will have a CSU Breadth Gen Ed certification. I currently have a 3.49gpa (soon to be 3.5+ i will have 64 transferable units under my belt. I have applied to the following schools:

  1. CSU Northridge (Business Administration) - ACCEPTED- final transcript due by august
  2. UCSB W/ TAG (Political Science) ADMISSION DENIED
  3. UC DAVIS w/o tag (political science) WAITING FOR RESPONSE
  4. UCLA w/o tag (political science) BUSINESS
  5. Boulder CO (Business Administration)- WAITING FOR RESPONSE

After being denied by UCSB, I am fearful that perhaps the fact that I am not IGETC certified is going to screw me over for any UC schools. I really have my heart set on Davis. I figure I have no chance for UCLA. If it came down to Boulder and Northridge I will be moving to Colorado w/ my family. What do you all think of my situation? My HS grades were horrible (my cumulative was a 2.2). I have never taken the SAT or ACT tests. In my applications, I stressed that I am a business professional with a family. I have been in real estate since I was 19 (7 years). I switched my major for many of the schools to political science because I want to go to law school and I have realized that I am more interested in Poly Sci than I am in Business Admin.

Any input? Thank you

Also- just to give you guys more information, I am also trying to do ROTC on top of this whole thing. I am trying to secure a spot for CEIT through UCLA for this summer. that will also be good for CSUN. This is crazy guys! VERY STRESSFUL

@Andrew00 delayed response, but I just saw this. I go to Pierce, too, and I was wondering ip what you ultimately decided?
