Is it possible to do a double major at Courant (computer science) and Stern (finance) as an undergrad?

same question

Yes you can. However, you must be a Stern student in order to have a Stern major. CAS majors can be doubled major by other NYU colleges.

I saw on the website that students are require to finished 12 electives to get the bs in Math. A Sternie has 10 elective. is that enough? or some courses are overlapped with those required by Stern?

There are only 5 electives and 7 required courses (one of them, you have choice out of 3). Courant and Stern are two different schools/divisions and none of their Major courses overlap. Certain courses do overlap but those are Morse Academic Plan courses (university core).
