Hey guys, I’m going to school now for a degree in electrical engineering. So far things are great and I’m interested in the subject matter, but I’m also interested in so many other things…which are still related to science. Specifically computer science, cognitive science, and neuroscience.

I’m still unsure as to how grad school works and what the prerequisites are, but if I wanted to, would I have a chance at a MS or PhD degree in any of the fields I mentioned?

Yes, you should, but contact the specific programs and ask. It’s possible that you will need to make up some undergraduate coursework in the process, but if you’re serious about graduate school this is something you should be willing to accept.

Yeah most grad school programs will accept you on a schedule with remedial classes, so itll be longer. If it is what you really want to do,then you shouldn’t really mind though.
I’d speak with some professors in those fields too to get a feeling of the graduate climates.
