possible misgrading in sat 2?

I just checked my SAT 2 scores, and I was shocked.
I was okay with my physics and biology score, but with my math 2 score, there must be something wrong.
I GOT A 340!! I am not that stupid, and when I took it the first time I got a 710
there must be a mistake. in addition it writes I took sat math 1.
is there anyone who knows if I can email collegeboard and ask them to recheck it? because I’m sure I didn’t get a score that low, or took the wrong test

ps: I’m accepted to my ED college already, so I guess these scores won’t matter. and I can always email them about this problem, so they won’t think I’m a ■■■■■■. but I just wanna know what my real score is after paying $$$

It is highly unlikely that your score dropped from 710 to 340, and to get 340 in math 2, you pretty much have to get zero raw score. It probably means that you either misgridded the test or the computer didn’t recognize your pencil marking. Since your physics and bio scores are ok, i would assume that your pencil is fine, so I think you misgridded your test. (maybe you put answer for number 1 in number 2, answer for number 2 in number 3, etc.) You can pay the collegeboard $50 to handcheck your score, but I personally think you should just keep the money and leave the score, considering you already have an admission at your ED college.

thanks.
but how do you explain that it writes I took an sat math 1 test instead of an sat math 2?
I am quite sure I wrote it right (or I hope) because the proctor was walking around and made sure we wrote the right code

Tritium, I think the “Math 1” think says the computer graded his Math 2 Test as if it were Math 1. You should definitely see if they can grade it properly. Because that really looks like what happened. Call them and ask. Meanwhile, if you have any colleges that you’re applying to, make sure to send them a note that it was not graded properly and that you’ll update them with scores. 340’s are pretty rare and I think they’ll believe you.

Despite your memory, you probably bubbled in the wrong code. The computer wouldn’t just “decide” to score your math 2 as a math 1. Time to contact the College Board.

does anyone know what’s their email address?
