Post activation: Studyin for GRE?

I was just wondering if you’ve heard of kids studying for the GRE in order to do well on the SAT. It sounds kinda outrageous and an actual “waste of time” if you ask me, but you never know, there’s millions of teens in this country…

by the way, the post activation part refers to a weightlifting technique to lift more weight in a warm up in order to lift a lighter weight with a greater ease in your working sets.

This is analogous to someone putting weights on their training shoes in hopes of sprinting faster when they put their track spikes on… it doesn’t work. In any game (and the SAT is just that, a game), specificity in training is important. In other words, don’t waste your time studying GRE stuff that will never be on the SAT.
