Post-AP Credit

So, I’ve got a LOT of really, really heavy-duty post-AP courses. Not college courses, not IB, not anything like that, but I’m in a high school where AP is considered only the beginning in many subjects. What colleges look at that and offer high-level placement, particularly in math or computer science? (One guy who graduated last year–who was on the same level upon graduation that I will be–is currently taking graduate classes at UMd in his freshman year. I know that a lot of high-level colleges won’t let you do that, but…I’m looking up MIT graduate theoretical compsci courses, and thinking, “Damn, this is fun, I wanna take that right now…”)

I think most colleges would ask you to take a placement test, especially in math. If you pass it, you can sign up for upper-level courses.
