So, I think I may be out of luck this admissions cycle. I plan on reapplying, if I really do strike out. I know I can retake the GRE, take grad-level classes, and write a better SOP to improve my application, but how/where can I find additional research experience? A lot of the opportunities I’m finding online are limited to undergraduates or grad students. As a graduating senior, I fall in between those two groups and don’t really qualify. I’m currently conducting research at my school, but I’m not sure if or how long I’ll be able to stick around after graduation in May. I would love to stay and I’m sure that my research advisor would be happy to have me stay on the project, but I’m not sure if I can afford to stay.

Does anybody know of any post-bacc research opportunities in computer engineering?

Thanks!
