Post your AP Scores! 2006

English Language-3

Call me your stereotypical CCer but I’m a little disappointed. I got an A in that class and worked my arse off to do it. Oh well I’m just terrible at taking standardized test. I’ve moved on (I’ve got way too much SAT prep and AP English Lit. Summer work to worry about).

econ micro - 5
eng lit - 5
stats - 4
gov - 3
spanish - 1

stats was such a joke. i took an “independent” stats AP course all year, so i didnt really do anything, but in the end i decided to take the test 3 days beforehand. so i bought barrons and crammed and managed a 4.

english language - 3 (surprised because I barely learned anything in that class)

chemistry - 4

still waiting for us history (late)

Bio - 5
Chem - 5 (Self study)
Lit - 4 (I was sure I got a 5 too)
Calc AB - 4 (Disappointed, but I wasn’t expecting a 5 on the chem, so when I did get a 5, it made up for the 4s)

It turns out that 13/13 kids in my art history class scored 5’s. The word domination comes to mind.

amina thats incredible! Arnet you in conyers? Or am I thinking of someone else. Most of the kids in my AP art hist class got 2’s and 3’s lol.

Yeah, I live in that crappy town. I was shocked to see the five. After discussing the essays on CC, I was convinced that I screwed them all up.

How did you do?

I took the late exam so I havent received my score yet. Im really hoping for a 4 or a 5 because it gets me credit but im not feeling very confident. I screwed up a lot and I heard the late exam curve is rough.

It can’t be that rough if I did well, ha. Goodluck though.

What schools are you looking at? I was stoked about my scores because NYU only accepts 4’s and 5’s and I am applying there ED. And, it won’t hurt to list it on the app =)

Hey does anyone know when late AP scores come?

I’m a Princetonian (Class of 2010, woooo hoooo!!!), and Princeton only accepts 5’s in AP Bio. I’m really dying to know if I scored a 4 or 5. I’ll be ok if it’s a 4, but if it’s a 5, then hallelujah I can get rid of a science w/ lab course!!

If anyone has any idea, please let me know. Thanks and congrats to everyone on your scores! :)

I would like to know if anyone has run into the following situation:

In 2003 the Computer Science AP A exam covered C++. In 2004 the CB changed to examining on Java. It was my impression that if someone took the exam in 2003 and then again in 2004, this would be counted as two exams.

Now, given that I can’t find anything on the CB website, I am wondering if there is someone out there who took this exam in 2003 and 2004, and who in the end qualified for one of the AP distrinctions because the exam was counted as two separate exams. To be absolutely clear, imagine a person who took
2003: Computer Science A
2004: Computer Science A, World History
and who then in 2004 was identified as an AP Scholar.

A sophomore in college with those conditions may be hard to find on this board.

I was hoping for a graduating senior who went through this as a freshman/sophomore.

Chemistry: 5 (found out three days afterwards that I got 42/50 points on the FR)
World History: 5 (also expected)
Spanish Literature: 3 (not expected; I thought this exam was easy)
I guess I will have to do better next time in attempting to gain some credit. These scores supplement my sophomore scores of 5 in US History and 4 in Spanish Language.

APUSH - 4
English Language - 4
Bio - 5

hello college credits

…bump?

Any idea when late AP scores are mailed out?

yo kman how did u find out ir FR grade?

They probably ordered their FR booklet and “guessed” at the grading (perhaps w/ help from their teacher?)

Anyway… if anyone knows when late AP grades are mailed out, please let me know! :)

hey do teachers know your scores for FRs and DBQ’s? and do we ever find out if they don’t tell us?

You never find out your grades on any part other than the total. No Multiple Choice subscores, FRQ subscores, or DBQ subscores. At least as far as I know.
