Post your AP Scores! 2006

I would be so upset if they lost my scores. btw this is the 1,201 post on this thread which is insane.

hmm, we should be getting the distinctions for like ap scholar, with distinction, national, state, etc. pretty soon cuz my teacher got it for our school. he said there were 80 juniors who got national ap scholar in the state of california this year.

My scores this year:

English Language: 5
Spanish Language: 3

And just as a side note, the three was my lowest AP score ever. But I was definitely more happy about it than I was about most of my other scores. I’m not very good at Spanish, despite the fact that I took it for four years in hs, so the fact that I passed at all was amazing.

by 80 juniors, do you mean c/o 2008?

c/o 2007 who were juniors last year.

did anyone (like me) still not get their ap score yet?

Your HS should have received your AP scores this summer. Ask your college counselor. My son’s college got this AP scores long before we received them in the mail–in June or July. They posted the scores on their secure site on-line so kids would know how much credit they’d receive.

hey DoubleChocolateChip, i haven’t recieved my ap score yet either…
i’v been procrastinating on calling Ap central though b/c i’m pretty sure i got a 2 for the only exam i took (world hist.)

Aputzer- I know those cant all be 2006 scores…in fact…i’m just gonna have to not believe you. There is no way you know Chinese, French, German, Japanese, latin, and Spanish.

English Language & Composition: 5
US History: 4

aputzer is joking.

Aputzer: Spanish Language 4?! What’s up with that!

(For the record, I know you were kidding, and so was I.)

actually aputzer, i expected a 6 for your art history exam. im disappointed

People, people!

For a majority of the tests, getting a D point-wise is still equivalent to a 5! For this sake, I don’t see why we all shouldn’t pursue what is actually a less-than-stellar, lackluster goal of acheiving 5s on every AP test in existence.

This especially applies to the tests that have yet to be released by Collegeboard!

laurah1027, don’t forget that aputzer613 also managed to scrape by on a minimal understanding of Italian to get a 5, along with what those other languages!

^like Calculus: you only need 65% to get a 5! :D
