Postmarked for all colleges?

<p>Do all colleges require it to be postmarked? Cuz if i send DHL from China its really expensive. I am thinking about going tracked mail with China Postal, but takes like 7-10 days.</p>

<p>Depends on the college. Do some research on their websites. </p>

<p>A lot of them say postmarked but there are some that will have the “must be received by” specification.</p>
