Practicality?

Throughout this year, I’ve been contemplating about all the things I would like to do in college, but the thing of it is, none of thems eem very practical. I’ve been considering doing a Classics major, or maybe a double major in Classics and Philosophy or Environmental Studies. Would I have to get a graduate degree in order to be able to do anything with Philosophy or Classics? I know I don’t want to go into law, but is there anything else?

you could teach in college

and of course teaching in college would require you to first get a PhD

Well, many colleges will allow you to teach with a masters, some with only a bachelors if you are a genius (such as Kripke).

Within the fields, there are some things you can do with only a bachelors degree, but the options are fairly limited. They include writing and assiting other scholars. I would advise searching the internet for a more thorough list of what you can do with a bachelors degree in a field that is related to the field.
