<p>My nephew has been studying for the SAT Lit test. The first time he took a mock test (an official released test from the College Board administered by a local tutoring agency), he scored a 770 with no prep. He has met with the tutor a few times and took another mock test today. The results just came back and this time it was 650. That’s a big downward change! He was told the one he took today is an “older version” but shouldn’t they be more consistent? Anyone else have this kind of experience? What was the result on the real thing? He is applying ED to Swarthmore with one stellar SATII and average (for Swat) SATI, so he really needs that 700s score! He was so confident and now he is going into it with no confidence at all.</p>
