<p>Not sure. There are some NCAA rules about recruits being “tried-out” while they are on visits. If its not a recruiting type situation it might be ok, or might not attract attention.</p>

<p>Interesting question. My S2 wrestles and he works out with a nearby NAIA team during the fall. He really enjoys it and I would hate it if it turned out to be illegal.</p>
<p>I would double check per NCAA regulations as suggested above, but I am quite sure that this is not allowed at the Division 1 level. The NAIA rules are quite different than NCAA.</p>
