<p>yes, if they loose your counselor letter of recommendation, you can ask your counselor to make another copy and send.</p>
<p>The “pre-application” doesn’t actually have to be received before the application. Don’t resend anything, and definitely don’t worry about the timing. So long as everything gets there before the deadline (except for maybe apps and transcript or other things out of your own control) you are fine.</p>
