Lets say I apply to pre college programs with financial aid, and I get accepted but don’t receive the aid that I need. Am I bound to go or can I opt out?

What about a program like QuestBridge? I believe they have funding for high school students of a certain economic profile. If it is a pre-college program, I assume you are talking about something like a summer session in your high school years.
