Pre- Med at Harvard

<p>I have a few questions about being pre-med at Harvard.
Right now I am having a hard time determinng where I want to go partly because I KNOW that I want to be a doctor, but I don’t know if Harvard is the best place to do pre-med. My other option would be Rice University which is right next to the Texas Medical center, but Harvard has its own medical college.</p>

<p>Can anyone give me advice on the subject? </p>

<p>Harvard’s a great place to be a premed. Something like > 90% of applicants get into med school. The Houses have a great advising system. There are tons of opportunities to do research or get hospital experience, with some of the country’s best hospitals surrounding Harvard Med School.</p>
