Anyone of opinions on medical school acceptance rates for pre med programs at Ohio Wesleyan, Denison, Otterbein or any other D3 schools near Columbus? I am a high school senior and also need as much financial aid as I can get. My ACT comp is 32 so far.

well, assuming you are asking whether you should retake ACT (this is ACT prep, after all)

I would say no, since your ACT is quite a bit above the average of those schools.

Thank you, but I am also wondering if they have a good reputation for medical school acceptance later on. When you ask about medical school acceptance rates during the college campus tours for example, the Denison guide said ‘60-80%’. OWU website states ‘80%’. Judging purely from the looks of the campuses, Denison appears to have all kinds of money and OWU appears run down. So, I have to wonder if that reflects their academic prowess, esp in the pre med area, since that is what I am interested in. I liked the cross country coaches at OWU a lot and hope to get as much money as I can to pay for the education.

I’m not an expert on medical schools but wouldn’t your medical school acceptance depend on your G.P.A. and M.C.A.T. scores? I don’t think you have to worry much about the college as much as you should for the M.C.A.T…

I would say that you are in the wrong forum. Try this:
