I went on the career services website, and was a bit confused of what actually are the requirements. Could someone please clarify the classes needed to fulfill the requirements?

[Career Services, University of Pennsylvania](http://www.vpul.upenn.edu/careerservices/gradprof/healthprof/premdcourses.html)

year of bio, year of inorganic chem, year of organic chem, year of physics, math depends on the school, year of english/writing seminar, some want higher bio (like biochem/genetics)

BUT

that is all subject to change for you since youre a '15er and they plan to change the mcat and course requirements to make them more extensive (read:awful) to cover more intensive sciences AS WELL AS more behavioral sciences and humanities…if you want more details run some searches on google or whatever, i honestly don’t know much, but at least you have somewhere to start.

but beware, course reqs will vary slightly school to school, so do your best to stay in the middle ground and fulfill them for most schools so you have options in applying

^ One more question, so would one semester of Biology 101 fulfill the “one year of bio” requirement, or does one year refer to two semesters?

One year refers to two semesters. 101 and 102.

^ Ok thanks.
