<p>I have very little college ive been trying to attend college while im in the military but my GPA kept falling so I quit. But I want to be a doctor and im getting out of the military in March 2010. But i dont know what to do to start the process and whether i have to go to a regular 4 year college before i go to pre med school or if i can go there and do my pre reqs and raise my GT Score. Please help im totaly clueless</p>
<p>“Premed school” does exist, but it’s better to just go to a regular four-year college, major in a subject area, and also go through their premed track…usually a year of calculus, a year of bio, a year of chem, a year of organic chem, and a year of physics. Med schools will see you as a more competitive candidate if you also have a BA or BS in addition to premed, or, if at your college of choice, premed is an actual major, they want to see it there.</p>
