Try mysummeradvisor.com look under Academic Programs, Science, PreMed. There are tons and tons. My daughter took “So You Think You Want to Be a Doctor” as part of Summer@Brown. She found the experience very helpful.
There are some internships/programs just for students from low-income or minority backgrounds. There are also some for students from rural areas or kids who would be the first in the their family to go to college. There are many more open to any high school students to apply to.
