Pre-Physical Assistant Programs and Nursing Programs

I intend on applying as a Medical Diagnostics (pre-physician assistant) major at Udel. I was wondering if this program is one of the more selective majors on campus, and what my odds are to get accepted into Udel with my stats.

I applied to nursing at James Madison University but I am afraid it is too selective for me due to my low GPA.
I have also applied to Rutgers (in-state) nursing program
