<p>My D never got an email that was specifically a confirmation. Her account says it’s activated too so I think that has to be the key - at least I’m hoping so!</p>

<p>I never got a confirmation email either but it says “Reminder: Your order is not complete until you have paid and received a confirmation page. Please print this confirmation page as a receipt. You will also receive a confirmation email” which makes it sound like you only get a confirmation email after you actually purchase the tickets, so I think we are all fine. </p>

<p>Maybe only returning students got email confirmations. Each of my kids got one.</p>

<p>We haven’t received the confirmation email yet either, but we did just like you did and printed out the confirmation page. Smooth transaction. Hope all other CC’ers had a similar experience.</p>

<p>Son went in late to school so he could get the tickets. Was on the first second sales opened up and got package A with no problem. We don’t have a confirmation e-mail yet but he printed the order confirmation page. It says “you will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly”.</p>

<p>yes, I logged in and it brings in screen w/ all billing info and such. Then where do you click to buy the tickets? We clicked buy tickets in top left of screen and it just brings this up:

<p>All tickets will be held at will call. Deadline for presale orders is May 27, 2010.
Baseball
All orders will be will call. Booklets will be available at the Alabama Ticket Office inside Coleman Coliseum until 5pm on Tuesday, May 25.
Any remaining orders will be available at Regions Park beginning Wednesday, May 26 at 8:30am. Alabama will call will be located at the 3rd base side gate.</p>

<p>As NJ said, it’s a smooth experience once you get into the system. We pre-loaded our credit card info when we registered, which may or may not have helped. Be patient. Fingers are crossed for all of you out here in the Pacific.</p>
