Pre-vet in 3 years?

Has anyone done or heard of a 3 year undergrad option before applying to vet school? D2 is looking at programs now, and wants to stay near the PA/DE/MD/VA area. Any thoughts on this?

I believe Mississippi State has a similar early admissions program for their vet school. MSU is on D’s radar, but we haven’t visited yet.
