<p>What exactly are they? I’ve done grammar only rarely in school, so although I am a decent writer I’m terrible at the writing mc. Anyways, what is a predicate nominative? I know there’s one in this sentence:</p>

<p>Is that sentence correct? Or should it be: The letter was received by Claire and me?</p>
<p>i think its ‘clair and me’ since the letter is the subject. I’m not sure though.</p>
