<p>Some schools list their scholarships and what it takes to qualify for them. Some may be automatic based on your stats (ACT/SAT/GPA). Those you can predict to a certain extent. Others may be awarded by a committee - so it is hard to predict. Look at the web sites of your schools to see if they list their scholarships and how they are awarded.</p>
<p>Just make sure to check that the school even awards financial aid to international students. Some schools do and some schools do not.</p>
<p>In this case, it is probably impossible to predict a scholarship due to the fact that the student is an international. I think the best idea might be to establish an email relationship with admissions officers at schools that offer scholarships to internationals. It would be worth the time and effort.</p>
