<p>I have 67 percentage in Telecommunication engineering…with 2 backlogs which got cleared withing those 4 years. now i have also worked for 3 years till date in a telecom. company with a good profile and work ex…i have GRE score of 310. Please suggest few universities where I can apply for MS in networking or communication and chances of getting through are good. Also do we need an envelope to send the Letter of Recommendations? for </p>
