Premed and learn a language?

I’m going to be a “premed” wherever I go but I would also love to learn to speak Italian. Is that possible? I’m basically deciding between Boston College and Vassar. holy cross isn’t quite out of the running yet. Sorry if this isn’t the right forum

Of course it’s possible. You could even major in Italian. All you need for med schools is the required courses, high GPA and high MCATs. In fact, my niece is at a top 10 medical school now – and her major was comparative literature with an emphasis on Shakespeare and Moliere! It made for some interesting med school interviews, where she was praised for her well-rounded education.
