<p>This says that students may petition to use java in place of mae 9 for bioengineering:premedical. Has anyone done this before and can you still do it? Are there any reasons why one shouldn’t do this?</p>

<p>i think the mae 9 class is easier, personally…there are a wider range of regualr engineering majors in it so the professors know a lot of people dont know much about coding…whereas the cse classes are more computer programming majors</p>
