<p>UCSD is on the same level as LA, Berk, UVA, and UMich–no clue on UNC.</p>
<p>Various writing majors are offered, but as far as I know, there is no ‘Journalism’ major</p>
<p>No journalism major. Apparently, journalism is crap here in UCSD. Seems that most of the major publications on campus are jokes; yellow journalism, for the most part. (I was highly disappointed.)</p>
<p>However, I would say the premed is similiar? Actually, I personally think all premed programs are similar, except for the different level of dedication of the premed advisor at the different colleges.</p>
