Prep Book v. Prep Sessions

Just wondering whether people think that prep sessions like Princeton Review’s are much more helpful than just reading through and understanding everything in the prep book. My parents are thinking of enrolling me in SAT classes, but I really don’t think they’re worth their cost.

They are usually not worth the money for those that already have higher scores (above 1900) but for those with scores lower than that it may be helpful.
