I’m just curious about transcripts. I’m applying to prep schools next year and entering as a Sophomore. From how many years back do I have to send my transcripts?
Depends on the requirements of the particular school, which will be listed in the application info. It’s usually current year to date plus last 2 years.

Every single school we’ve applied to in the past 3 years (2 different kids) has required 2 prior years plus current year transcripts - regardless of the grade each kid was applying to.
