Is Honors Chemistry good enough for SAT Chemistry?

If not how to prepare?

I would say yes. I took the December 8th Sat Chem having taken College Chemistry (@ the introductory level of a community college, not close to AP) and feel as though I did well. I wish I had practiced balancing chemical equations fairly quickly, however. Princeton review is a decent book except there are a handful of errors to be cautious of in it. You would best be served by not only doing your honors chemistry class but making sure to do exceedingly well on in class tests/material that are on the Sat Chem general topics list. You should also start taking collegeboard made practice tests probably a month(?) before the test date.

In my opinion it is a fairly easy test; however, don’t forget your general lab equipment!
