Prepping for an AP exam without taking the course.

<p>Is it a good idea to prep for an AP exam without taking the course? Also, do the flash cards such as Barron’s help? I plan on taking 10-15 AP Exams, and was wondering if prepping using their (kaplan’s, barron’s, etc.) books would help me achieve a desirable score of 5.</p>

<p>I used his recommendation for APUSH and Ap Chem
It might have been possible that he was actually in all of those classes but I doubt it.</p>
