I started the Prepscholar ACT 5 day free trial a couple of days ago and I want to make sure I am not charged after the trial expires. I emailed them with the subject Cancel Trial Request using the same email that I used for the trial, which is what their website tells you to do, but I have not received any confirmation that the money has been refunded. I’m worried that they won’t refund me or that the 5 days will pass by before I get any response. Is there anything else I can do to ensure I am not charged.
