<p>So I wanted to take french to fulfill the foriegn language ge. I took the placement test, and it placed me in French Lit 2A or Linguistics 1d/dx. Since I’m in muir and I need to fulfill a sequence of courses (as in french 2a, 2b, 2c. or 1a/ax 1b/bx and 1c/cx) , I chose the 2a one. When I tried to enroll, it wouldn’t let me, saying that I need to complete the prerequisite courses LIFR 1c/1cx. Doesn’t the placement test just surpass the prerequisite? I’m confused.</p>
