<p>I’m pretty sure we are the last people to submit prescreens, but we had a few technical difficulties! So that being said, we have a taping question…does it matter if it’s head & shoulders or from the waist up or should the view be the whole body? </p>

<p>For the monologue & singing it can be waist up. Avoid both extreme close-ups and long shots. For any dance video you should show the entire body. Make sure that you have plenty of light and a neutral background.</p>
<p>Note that Michigan does ask for a full-body shot first, like during the intro/slating, then you can zoom in to waist-up before beginning the rest of the song or monologue.</p>
