President Sorenson's Letter to the USC Community

<p>President Sorenson has published an open letter to the USC Community about the Virginia Tech shootings and USC’s response to it.
It may help allay some fears for campus safety some posters have expressed.
I’m not sure if Fall 07 Gamecocks were included on the mailing list and if not, it can be read in the Daily Gamecock student newspaper, which is available online.Open up the USC website,main page,use the search box and type in Daily Gamecock.</p>

<p>I signed up for the Parent’s listserve when my son was accepted, and the letter came yesterday on the email. (I also am on the Capstone Listserve.)
I thought the letter was excellent, and I feel very good about campus safety at USC.</p>
