<p>The Elite is a $10,000-$30,000 scholarship that stacks on top of the Presidential. My daughter received her letter stating she was a semi-finalist for the Elite the same day that she got the Presidential award. She also received notification by e-mail. I believe they have already chosen the semi-finalists as there are two more essays to write along wtih submitting a resume. They choose about 150 semi-finalists and 14 get invited down for an interview on Feb 14th. Of those 14, six get awarded an Elite scholarship. I tried to call Auburn about Presidential Scholar’s Day, but was on hold for a long time and I had to go back to work. Let me know if you find anything out and I will do the same.</p>
