<p>Can an international transfer student get a presidential Scholarship?I have been at another state school for two years.I have a 3.91/4.0 GPA ,and 2120/2400 SAT 1.</p>

<p>I was at OSU to interview for the Presidential Scholarship. Though I met many people from around the country, I met no one who was international or a transfer. That could just be this year, though.</p>

<p>Wow.That would be like a step down.I already have a presidential academic scholarship at a lower ranked state school.Anyway,i will hold out and see what they say</p>
