<p>There are always exceptions, but most scholarships are offered before enrollment deposits as an enticement to attend.</p>
<p>My daughter tried to apply for the Presidents Scholarship at one of her safeties, CS Channel Islands, but it won’t let you access the application unless you have a login number, which you only get after filing your deposit. I wonder if this is a new thing, because in the fall, we were able to view last years application online.</p>
