<p>Haha, totally inaccurate throughout (in my opinion), but this is still definitely going to be the only ranking I insist on referencing.</p>
<p>Wow, I am so happy some lesser known schools are finally getting attention.</p>

<p>Suprisingly, we are applying to a few of these schools, and we have no care about ranking, just trying to find a good fit and places with son’s major.</p>
<p>My son declined admission from University of Chicago, U Cal. Berkeley, and U Michigan, to name a few- to attend UMD. It’s the strength of the program, the location, and the size of the department that were influential in our decision.</p>
<p>DS turned down AFA, Notre Dame, NYU Sterns(OOS) and UMiami Fl (OOS) for UMD</p>
<p>My son turned down Duke and UNC for UMCP, OK it was the money or he would have gone to Duke.</p>
