Previously accepted, now applying as a transfer

Hey all!
So when I graduated from high school, I took a leap year, started writing a book and did a lot of community service. When it came time to apply for college, I was accepted into pretty good universities (UPenn, Swarthmore, George Washington U with an academic presidential scholarship and into Vassar College, which also offered me an academic scholarship).
I was unfortunately unable to go to any of those universities because of family issues so I ended up studying at the University of Puerto Rico (which does have some prestige in South America) so I could remain with my family. I’m majoring in English Literature and have a solid GPA and great extracurriculars (I volunteer at the humane society, im a supervisor at my job at Ben and Jerry’s and I publiished my first book, an anthology)

Im going to graduate in a year or two and I’m considering applying as a transfer to Vassar, which had previously accepted me in order to increase my chances of getting into a stellar graduate school. Does the fact that I had already been accepted and that I’ve had family members who had graduated from there affect my chances?

Many thanks
