<p>I made a reservation through Priceline. A few days later, they sent me a message that the itinerary had changed. The change is very small. The plane arrives something like 15 minutes later and departs from the destination something like 5 minutes earlier. However, the prices have also gone down.</p>
<p>Since there is an official itinerary change, am I entitled to ask Priceling for a refund - if I could get a refund, I could buy the ticket at the lower price. I don’t want to do anything sneaky - the time change really doesn’t affect me, and I am not going to tell them that it does, but if they do have a policy of issuing refunds for a schedule change, I would definitely take it.</p>
