Had not seen that map but it basically fits with where C26 would/wouldn’t consider applying to schools.

Even taking into account a number of those states are low-density population, yes.
Edit: that ^ referred to the big map. I didn’t see the youth map at first on my phone.
That map may include near future risks of unfavorable changes for trans people. Presumably, the likely partisan composition of the state legislature and governor after this year’s election is taken into account.
