I realize I will probably receive a very lop-sided reply to this, but I seek 100% honesty to this question:

Now that you graduated, looking back, if you had to do it all over (and let’s even pretend you got accepted to EVERY school you applied to!) would you select Princeton again, knowing what you know, or would you perhaps seek out a different college experience elsewhere?

And most importantly, why?

I have no regrets about attending Princeton and regard my four years there as some of the best in my life. I loved the intellectual stimulation, the availability of the faculty, the incredible talents of my classmates, the beauty of the campus and the feeling of community, as well as the undergraduate focus. Princeton has improved in many ways in the thirty some years since I graduated. One of my children graduated from Princeton recently, and another is a student there now. There are other great schools, and college is largely what you make of it wherever you are. That being said, Princeton is very special and offers amazing opportunities.

Look at the percentage of alumni giving at Princeton compared to everywhere else. I think that speaks volumes (and of course, how big a deal reunions are every year).

One word for the 4 years at Princeton:

MAGICAL
